What the report contains

GP companies, database names and fiscal calendars
Earliest and latest transaction dates by module
Aggregate transaction counts and database sizes
Estimated archive size and recommended price tier
Third-party and unknown table names with row counts
Selected data-quality finding categories and affected counts
GP version and a link to current Microsoft lifecycle information

NoteThe Assessment is not the Archive. It tells you how much history you have and what the archive will cost. It does not copy the records or let you search and export them. You still need GP until the Archive has been created and checked.
